Two-speed gearbox
Kratěna, Jan ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Ždímal, Pavel (advisor)
The objective of this work was to create the „Technical Documentation of Two-Speed Transmission“. The submission included a brief content of the demanded work. At first, calculations of gear ratio, tooth system dimensions and module were performed. Subsequently calculations of single tooth wheel loads and their safety were performed. After the tooth system calculation the shaft, bearings and key calculations followed. The Technical Documentation was completed with pictures and charts that illustrate the individual load points. A 3D model of the two-speed transmission inclusive detailed drawings of the individual shafts and tooth wheels were created as a part of the documentation as well.
Differential tackle
Poliak, Daniel ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and strength calculation of the differential hoist. The chain block is self-locking with a load capacity of 400 kg and a lifting height of 4750 mm. The design is projected with safety consideration to the flexibility limit state. The project also includes computational report and drawing documentation.
Stroke mechanism of crane trolley
Galas, Radovan ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with design of stroke mechanism of crane trolley loads for the weights which do not exceed 5 000 kg. This thesis divided into written and practical sections. Written part deals with the calculation of the principal dimensions of lifting and stress control of cable reel. In this work there are also given reasons for choosing certain key parts of the lifting mechanism, such as: electric motor, gearbox, etc. Prior to the calculations in each chapter there is usually located a short introduction of the topic. The practical part contains a drawing of the complete lifting mechanism, cable reel assembly and two production drawings.
Tackles
Stanec, Stanislav ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The first part of the bachelor‘s thesis contains background research of constructions and the basic calculations of the tackles. In the second part there is worked out a design and calculation the tackle of Archimedes on the basis of the suitably chosen parameters. Drawing documentation is attached to this thesis.
Production of gearboxes for racing car
Krejz, Miroslav ; Ćirović, Ivan (referee) ; Mouralová, Kateřina (advisor)
Description of this thesis deals with issues in manufacturing gearboxes for racing cars. They also described the chosen technological processes, reasons for presentation and subsequent evaluation of the problem.
Differential tackle
Mikunda, Luboš ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the differential tackle for 900 kg capacity and 9.5 m lift Includes selection of parts fixed and free blocks, option chains, pulleys and other functional parts. Further stress analysis of pins sprockets, side panels and hook the free blocks, drawing-based assembly and important detailů.Práce calculation includes the assessment of self-locking limit.
Electric winch for drilling wells
Volec, Martin ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis undertakes design of two speed electric winch for the headgear specified for the drilling of the water wells through the use of core technology with the loading capacity up to 1000 kgs. Thesis consists of the theoretical as well as the operational part. Theoretical part is occupied with the possibilities of the problem solving, calculates the main winch parameters. In the study the reasons for choices of the main parts of mechanism e.g. electromotor, transmission, winch and others are given. Generally the brief introduction into the problem is inserted in each chapter prior to the calculations. Operational part involves the drawing of the overall configuration and the cable drum setup.
Stroke mechanism of bridge crane
Tomeš, Jakub ; Sedláček, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of bridge crane lifting gear for a load not exceeding 10,000 kg. The work includes the design of the basic parts of the lifting gear, such as rope diameter, rope drum and rollers. There is also included the choice of standardized parts such as electric motor, crane gearbox, flexible clutch or drum brake. The last chapter describe the strength calculation of the rope drum and the bearing life calculation together with the design of welds and tight pen. The output of the bachelor thesis is the drawings of the cable drum weld and the mechanism of the lifting mechanism.
Planetary Gearbox Design for the Formula Student
Viktořík, Marek ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to design a reduction gearbox for a Formula Student Electric car. Firstly, the theoretical part summarizes the distribution of used transfers in the competition. Secondly, the research part analyses the proposals of reduction gears for monoposts of this competition in more detail. Thirdly, the description of reduction gears for passenger cars is provided. Finally, the result is the design of gears itself and their components transmitting torque. Furthermore, the FEM analysis of all critical parts of the transmission system is performed.
Motor Vehicles Manual Gearboxes
Skula, Libor ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with motor vehicles manual gearboxes. A computational design of a gearbox is explained here, specifically gear ratios and their graduation. Then, basic types of gearboxes are described and functional parts synchromesh, gearshift and control mechanism are given in detail. Finally double-flow gearboxes and their types are characterized.
